Although, all Krete Systems have been tested to provide a lifespan in excess of 100 years, insurance companies are only willing to provide Insurance Backed Guarantee to cover Latent Defects for a maximum period of 20 years.

Krete offers this 20 year maximum Insurance Backed Guarantee along with an addition 10 years from Krete Sustain Systems Ltd providing a 30 year overall Guarantee.

Residential Waterproofing Warranty - 30 year company warranty (No insurance backed guarantee available)

Commercial Waterproofing Warranty - 20 year insuranced backed guarantee plus additional 10 year company warranty (20 + 10 = 30 years)

A fee is chargeable by the insurance company for the 20 Years Insurance Backed Guarantee.
