This house was wet for 30 years because of severe exposure to weather. Weatherproofing
systems including new cavity trays had been installed over the years - all had failed.
The local RoofKrete contractor installed a complete encapsulation of the weather-side
of the building covering the terrace area and continuing up the walls to the soffit .
This provides a seamless system and eliminates the need for cavity trays and flashings.

This staircase was one of many in a block of flats which had been leaking since the block
was built. Various sealants had been used over the years but none had succeeded for any
length of time. A RoofKrete contractor solved the problem permanently by covering the
staircase and walls with a continuous Roofkrete System 4 membrane.RoofKrete can be
 walked on or covered with tiles as in this case

This roof had an additional problem with the parapet wall and needed regular maintenance
to keep it weatherproof. The only solution was to encapsulate this wall within the new
